The status page says everything is working - but we're unable to get anything sent to [email protected] to show in the inbox.
We only recently migrated our email servers, so I wanted to confirm this was a known issue on the Expensify side and we should just manually input. If not, then we will have to determine where these receipts are vanishing before clients start asking ...
