How to update the categories for a group policy?

I'm connected to Sage Intacct and I have updated the categories by using the Sync Intacct Connection. The sync has processed correctly but the categories are not updating. What am I doing wrong?

Hey there @Karrie_Finke! Are you saying that the sync has successfully run, but all categories have not updated, or are there specific categories that have updated and others have not updated?
