We keep getting this error:

We have tried various tokens:

Token under Administrator role from Expensify Integration

Token under Expensify Integration role

There are some activity under webservice logs and expense are created successfully, how can we get rid of the error?

As a starter, can you confirm that you have followed every step in the instructions here? If so, would you mind telling Concierge which step you get stuck at, alongside a screenshot of the Expensify Integration role set up in NetSuite?
