Netsuite token based updates

Help! I upgraded to token based but when i added a new expense category in Netsuite and re-synced only this new one shows up as an option on the reports. All my other categories went away!!!!

That does sound frustrating. I've just synced your connection and I'm able to now see the missing categories. Could you please check to ensure they're now showing for you?

Yes they are there. But the issue was that when a subsidiary is added in NetSuite, I had to go to each expense category and added "parent subsidiary."
