Checking account export not an option

I need our checking account that is listed under company cards to export to the checking account in QB but when I select edit exports under domains under company cards that account is not an option only credit cards. I have tried working with concierge but they aren't fixing the issue. I have to make this work or I need to cancel our expensify account.

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the trouble! I'm not able to see your account settings and follow along with what has been diagnosed so far, so really Concierge is a better place to address this kind of question. I'm sorry if this hasn't happened to your satisfaction as of yet but I assure you our team will get to the bottom of this for you!

It's been a nightmare trying to explain what I need and I've spent hours going back and forth. They are not understanding and I need this resolved or I can't use this product. I have attached a document that really simply explains the problem. There is no way this is a first here.
I would really appreciate trying to get some faster service than waiting on some integrations team to respond and having to deal with concierge as a middle man.

There are not other cards going to to a checking account. I have attached screen shots. The other cards are wells fargo credit cards not debit cards.

Hi again @ksea , this is going to be a lot simpler if you speak to Concierge - the same team manages both the Community and works through Concierge, so I'd recommend posting the screenshot (not the Word doc) in that chat.
