Sage Intacct CC export missing memo and ref no.

Hi - we recently configured a new policy to connect with Sage Intacct. But for some reason, the credit card export (non-reimbursable expense) is missing the "memo" and "ref no" normally seen when exporting to Quickbooks. Can you please let me know why and how we can fix that? Thank you!
