access tokens

I need help!! I have tried to add expensify as token based twice with no luck. I get all the way to new access token but i am unable to access any applications on this page. anyone know why?

Good call on also sharing here! Perhaps other customers have experienced this or can see something we missed!

One important piece of information that could help here is whether or not you're using a NetSuite OneWorld account or not?
