Expense Entry form differs for two users using the same policy

When I login to the system to submit an expense, I am able to enter a custom field, while another user doesnt even get to see that option. What could be different? I reviewed the setup for both of us, and there is nothing different.

Hey @CacheRavi, this could be because you are apart of different policies. Policies have a subset of rules and fields specific to the way they are setup. If you go to your report and select details on the top right, you will be able to see what policy you are apart of. Let me know if this helps!
