Can you approve a partial expense?

If an Expense Report total is $524 and you have a company policy of only reimbursing up to $500 for this type of expense, can the approver change the amount of the report to approve the company limit of $500?

You could edit the expense total to fit the company limit by clicking into the expense(s), or you can reject the report and ask the user to resubmit with the correct total.
