As a new comer, I have no idea how to claim expenses.
Hi @junhou check out this excellent Day 1 guide. In a nutshell, you need to be on a Group Policy (assuming your are claiming expenses from your company, they will need to invite you) and put your expenses on a report.
Read through that guide, and if at any point you get stuck, just use the blue chat bubble in-app to ask Concierge for help!
