I am trying to assign a card to member and I dont see the card available in the drop down. I have confirmed with the cardholder that the number is correct. Is this an error with the bank?
Hi @SSchiffour_123 are you using a Corporate Card feed, or a direct connection? Has the card been activated, and does it have recently posted transactions on it? A card will only appear for assignment once it meets that criteria. If it does, please reach out to Concierge via live chat so we can check to see if the bank is sending over that card. Thanks!
