I am not able to see attached receipts when I copilot in, that have been attached by staff members.
You'll want to be sure that you're actually switching into co-pilot mode from your Avatar dropdown. Simply logging into your account will not give you visibility to the account's that have added you as a copilot.

The issue is when I copilot in from the Avatar dropdown.
When accessing co-pilot mode you see what that account holder sees - this includes all their expenses and receipts they've attached. If you feel you're encountering an issue please reach out to Concierge directly via the in-app messenger (web or mobile) or email [email protected] so that we can troubleshoot directly with you. (this is a public forum and not the best location to troubleshoot issues that you feel are affecting your specific account)
