Hey @jngalatu , good to hear from you! When you say you are not able to log in, can you help me understand exactly what you mean?
If you're able to sign in to the Expensify website or mobile app, once you switch to Copilot mode (see this article for the exact steps on how to do that), what happens? Thanks!

@jngalatu Great! In that case, sign into your Expensify account, then follow the steps in the article I mentioned to switch to the account you've been given Copilot access to.
