Resyncing a policy to a new subsidiary, in NetSuite

We were using a policy to connect with a subsidiary that has since been disabled. I am trying to reconfigure that policy with a new subsidiary, but I have been getting an error as follows:
- The following errors were encountered when syncing NetSuite data to Expensify, please try again later.
- No NetSuite categories found. Please confirm that there are active NetSuite categories associated with the XXX(New) subsidiary.
I redid the token connection with new tokens, wondering if it had something to do with it. Can you please help on this one?
Thanks,
Ravi Vishwas

Hi @CacheRavi could you confirm if the accounts are set up as "Expense Categories"? We are only able to import this type.
