Please help. Suddenly receiving error message 'Could not load Xero contacts information' and so our team's expenses are not flowing through for reimbursement. Has anyone seen this and can help me fix ASAP? Thx in advance

@theresaai_123 could you check on the number of contacts you have in Xero? Historically, this error message has been related to the number of contacts. Are there more than 10,000? If yes, could you remove some to reduce that list and try exporting again?

I only have around 100 contacts. I could not retrieve Xero chart of accounts as well when I tried to sync Expensify with Xero.
Is this is technical issue?
