Is there a way to export the markedAsExported field

We are trying to create an export from Expensify that details out all of the expense reports that didn't get sync'd with Netsuite

Is there a way to export out a listing of all the reports that didn't successfully sync with Netsuite?

I am seeing there's a field called markedAsExported - but unsure how to incorporate it into my Export settings.

Hi @Peter_Lay Yes there is! You'll actually want to use {report:dateexported}  which will give the date of an export or will be blank if there was no export.

Marked as Exported means you manually marked the report as being manually entered into NetSuite outside of Expensify. So you'd only want to use that field if that's part of your process.

If you're looking for the reports which are essentially "untouched" as far as exports go, use the field above and then filter your sheet for blanks.

Thanks for the quick response. I just tried using {report:dateexported} and the results gave me today's date for all of my expense reports. I was expecting 3 rows, 2 of which have been exported to Netsuite and 1 haven't, so the results should've been 2 rows with dates and 1 row with a blank.

However, all 3 rows had today's date stamp on it.

@Peter_Lay had they been exported to anything else, like CSV?

@Rachael Hopkins Nope - The 1 row that I was expecting to be blank has never been exported, csv or otherwise.
