New Account, Transferring over policies from an old account, want to keep same billing amount.

Hi,
I'm hoping somebody can help me with a question around transferring policies to a new account, but keeping the existing billing amount. I've tried concierge, but don't seem to be getting an answer on my question.
We have bought a business, and they use expensify, and we would like to move the existing policies (and the amount we are currently being billed) to the new account that I have set up with Expensify.
How can I ensure that once I put in my credit card details, that I will be charged the correct pre-existing amount.?

Hey Jacquelyne,
I would recommend concierge as they can get into the specifics on your account for this. However, I think this should be quite simple if I am understanding correctly. The subscription will be under a specific user (policy owner). If this is you for example, you would just need to take over the billing of the company you are acquiring's policy.

I had to create a new expensify account with a new email address. I don't have the option to take over the billing.
