Where is multi-level tagging?

Hi.
I didn't use Expensify for a while. I want to configure multi-level tagging for the group policy but Expensify redirects me to the 'workspaces' and I don't see anything about tags here.
Are the multi-level tags only available with a certain subscription (pricing plan)? Or am I just doing something wrong?
