PEX Card Error with Expensify Import

We have been using PEX and Expensify for years and for the last couple of months we've been getting this error no matter what we do (different computers, browsers, time of day, standing on one leg chanting, etc). Our PEX login is working fine, and PEX says that their API is working fine. Expensify is pointing the finger back at them, but everything BUT new unassigned cards pull in, we just can't assign the new cards. Any thoughts or words of wisdom on how to fix this mess? Thanks in advance!

Hi @Chris_Is_In_SoCal! Thanks for reaching out. We've received a few other reports of this and after taking a deep dive into the issue, my team can confirm that the issue isn't happening on Expensify's end. Unfortunately, at this point, the only troubleshooting we can offer is to try again later making sure that logins and passwords are correct. Alternatively, you can escalate with PEX confirming that Expensify is simply the messenger in this case. If this still doesn't work, using the spreadsheet import method for these cards will be best.
