Assigning a new company card to replace lost one?

An employee lost his business amex card and I now have his new card to assign in expensify. Each time I attempt to link the new card, I receive the attached message. Can you let me know what the issue may be and how to resolve?
Welcome to the Community @lynette ! Typically this means that you don't have access to an account to add. Does the new card have current posted transactions to it? There could be a few reasons why you can't add the card. If that isn't the issue can you reach out to [email protected] to be able to help you directly?
