Expensify sync error

Hello, I was wondering if anyone else has had experience with this error. The expensify sync manager will connect for a little while and disconnect in the middle of the upload attempt. We are using QB Desktop Premiere 2017. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
This seems to be an issue for a lot of QBDT customers, maybe all, and has been going on for at least month.
Not exactly; out of the many customers connected to QuickBooks Desktop, the overwhelming majority of connections are working (syncing and exporting) correctly.
