Broken bank connection

The bank connection breaks several times a day and I haven't had anyone follow up for months depsite asking concierge multiple times a week. How do I speak to someone?

They asked me to attempt to reconnect the account which I did, and it broke again the same day.

Yes I can see the thread, they are asking the same question I have answered multiple times about whether I have 2FA, which I don't.
