Employee didn't choose company policy when signing up

I'm sure that this a sort of common thing. One of our employees, when signing up for Expensify, did not opt to join our company policy (which is set for auto accept). He instead chose not to pick any policy. Is there a way for him to go back and accept that policy? Or do we need to have the account administrator send him a manual invite?
