Upgraded sync with american express

I just reconnected with the Amex upgraded card link. Some of my cards connected and some did not. some connected but did not bring in any expenses. But even more disarming is that the chat function is not functioning so I cannot chat with the concierges since the re-connection. Since chatting is the only support, I have no way to reach out to Expensify for help.
