How to have Terminated Employees submit reports
We have a policy that Terminated Employees have 7 days after separation to submit reports, however they do not have access to their email address that are primary login. We do not turn off Expensify, however they do not have access to this email address. With this new magic link can employees simply use the email address as a login? And enter their password? We do not make employees inactive in Expensify until this 7 day period is over.
If the above will not work, we do not set up users with secondary logins. So can I as an admin create a secondary login for them (their cell phone numbers)?
