How do I get "billable" expense on the Expensify Card into NetSuite?

The Expensify Card exports all transactions as Journal Entry regardless of setting. But if the expense is tagged billable and has a customer selected how does that information go into the NetSuite journal entry? I can't see it in the JE anywhere and can't find a setting to control it.
