DNS record to verify domain ownership
The instructions to verify domain ownership are not at all clear to me.
https://community.expensify.com/discussion/4644/how-to-manage-domains-in-expensify
"You'll need to edit the DNS records for expensify.com" - Obviously, I don't have access to edit DNS records for expensify.com. I can only edit the DNS records for my company.
"2. Go to the page to edit the DNS records for expensify.com" - Same comment as above.
"3. Add a new TXT record, setting the following code as the value" - Now we're getting somewhere. I know what a TXT record is, and I know it needs a value, but what about the record name?
What name do I need to give the TXT record? I can't use the root domain (no name) because there is already a TXT record with that name.

It would really helpful if someone had the answer to the question regarding the record name. Anyone?

Just had to sort this out over here. I added just the digits to the first line of my existing TXT record. Other lines of our TXT record had the usual format: "company-named-key=1234567890123456567492"
Expensify was literally just: 1234567

I entered "@" in the name field and it seemed to work. Hope that helps!
