Soooo frustrated!

I have been trying to solve this with you guys for 2 months.

I can't get a Magic code sent to my email address. You say I have gotten them, but I haven't. My spam folder and junk folders are empty. I have no blocking rules stopping emails from you coming in. I get them on my phone, but not my email address. I have a payment from US Youth soccer that I would like to be reimbursement for - but I cannot get into my account!!!!!!
This is so frustrating that I keep getting the run around from your "Computer Concierge" BS

did you check your "Other" folder in your email? it's right next to "Focused"
