Scheduled Submit Issue - Enabled automatically at Individual's level
I'm asking here because Concierge doesn't understand.
Each time I create a new user, the Scheduled Submit is enabled on his individuals's policy.
I just add them on company policies with the Scheduled Submit disabled.
Concierge says: the Group policy level settings will override Personal policy settings => that's wrong and I can prove it.
Did someone had the same issue? Is it maybe relative to our Company IT set up?
