RBC Canada cannot help me with setup of Set up a Visa feed (VCF)

Hi,
I am in the process of setting up a Visa commercial feed via RBC Canada (for the business account).
After spending ~ 3,5 hours between branch visits, and phone calls to RBC Visa department and customer services, I found that RBC Canada doesn't support VCF (Variant Call Format) feed.😕
Did anyone having an RBC account in Canada have such an issue? Were you able to set up VCF feed? Or it's just the incompetence of the banking support team?
