No Response from Concierge

I am getting no response for over 12 hours from concierge regarding our company limit being $0. Anyone else having issues?

A red dot appears on my chat bubble when I go back to the Home Screen but no new messages are shown from concierge when I go back to the chat…I don’t know why the red button appears??
