Cost tracking in Expensify - and integration with ERP

We currently do cost tracking in Expensify. We have a "Project code" field which is a dropdown/picklist of text options (A, B, C, etc). When we add new projects to track codes against we have to add these to our ERP (Business Central) as well as to Expensfiy (manually)

When we export data from Expensify and load into our ERP we use this field to later report on costs by project

I'd like to automate the integrate of the project dimensions or codes between Business Central and Expensify. Have others done this and if yes what API(s) can I use to do this?
