API not returning all users?

I followed the wonderful post here: https://community.expensify.com/discussion/5267/how-to-zero-to-hero-in-postman-with-you-first-report-retrieval/p1?new=1 and have successfully been pulling transactions. However, I am not specifying a reportID, I'm just leveraging date ranges to pull transactions from reports.

It seems to be working, BUT I am at least not seeing MY OWN expenses (domain admin, same user that created the integration creds). If i specify one of my report IDs, i DO see the transactions in the output report, but otherwise, no dice. I can only see other employees' expenses.
