Importing Credit Cards displaced syncing of receipts

I am a co-pilot to my boss's expense account. I have full access.

The receipts were working beautifully until I imported her credit cards to Expensify. Since then, the credit cards transactions receipts are replacing the actual receipts. Now I have to manually attach the receipts to replace the credit card transaction receipts. What happened and how can I get the actual receipts to start syncing again. Where did all of the receipts that my boss is still emailing as usual go?
