Want to sign up for credit card but have some questions

What is the best way to accomplish this (subject)?

The "concierge" team are a 'road block'. Don't answer anything since it is new business. They keep sending canned links which I read all. We use the spending side of expensify but would like to use credit cards.

Second, does every single account have the rights to have an account manager? When I go to "suport", should I see an account manager there? I don't thus the question.
