Adding custom strings to report title formulas

Is there a variable that allows setting custom strings in formulaic report title generation? All of the formulas look like they pull from a database.

As an example, if I want to put all receipts for the Expensify service into reports that start with "Expensify Receipts", I though this formula would work: "Expensify Receipts {report:created:yyyy-MM}". However, that just creates the literal title "Expensify Receipts {report:created:yyyy-MM}", when what I was hoping to see was Expensify Receipts 2024-03-10, for example.
