I submitted mine on March 22 an I'm still waiting too they need more people to donate people ad money comes in the reimburse how ever many they can til they get more donation's then the same process all over again

Karen, it means that they have put u in line to be reimbursed. Who knows WHEN.....LOL They have wait until they get more donations from their customers.

The post by @Karenjane57 is just more proof that the reports are not being handled in the ordered received. Her submission date: March 26th. Mine March 25th, processing with ZERO activity. Why is that and how it that possible if you're doing reimbursements in order?? What about the people who are asking about theirs and have earlier submission dates?

Hi @rice_christina99! I've taken a look into your account to see if I can see what happened, and I can see that your report was most recently submitted on April 17th. We are working hard to get through reports in order of when they were submitted, so please bear with us while we approve every report we can with our available funds.
@Karenjane57, please don't mind the report comments stating the report was exported. This is for internal reporting purposes and is helping us keep track of things. You'll get a separate Report Comment as soon as your report has been reimbursed! We're working hard to get through everything as soon as we can.

I don't know where you got the April 9th date from. But I submitted my original receipt March 12th. This is ridiculous..I'm not holding my breath on any money coming my way. I know we should bear with you as it is donations now. But if it was going by order as you say, I would of had my reimbursement by now.

Hi @rice_christina99, thanks for getting back to us. I can see that the report was created on March 19th with that receipt from March 12th, but it was not submitted on the hunger reimbursement policy until April 17th. The submission date is the date we use to order reports for reimbursement. Rest assured you've done all you need to on your end and we are reimbursing as many reports as funds allow each day.

Hi @Lheskett Your report has been submitted successfully and will be reimbursed. The reports are being reimbursed as quickly as possible based on the donations we are receiving. I apologize for the delay but, rest assured, it is being processed and will be reimbursed.

Hi @Julie7374 . You have taken the correct first step in applying to the Hunger policy. However, your request to join the policy has not been approved as of yet. Once it is approved, you will need to reopen the report, change the policy, and submit the report. You can find the specific steps to do that on our Community post here.

What about the status of my report, submitted March 25th? I was told previously it was submitted correctly. Why hasn't it been exported to a CSV file when the person a few comments above mine was submitted on the 26th? Thanks

@Kimber The reports being exported to a CSV doesn't mean the report was reimbursed. We are still working through a backlog but we are reimbursing these in order. They are being processed manually so there can be mistakes where we reimburse a few out of order. This specific case was not reimbursed yet. CSV exports are done to view the data of processing reports but until they are approved, they won't be reimbursed.

Why have I not been approved I've been waiting since the middle of March when I sent it in the first time to be approved for the page I do not understand this

@Julie7374 For full transparency, we should look at it like this. There are days we may get no new donations, other days we may get $500 or $5000. Even if we got $5000 a day, that's only 100 reports that can be reimbursed each day. We have thousands of reports being submitted and honestly, most days are between $0 and $500 so that's only 0-10 reports a day that we're able to reimburse. We will get to every report eventually but it will take some time.

Hello I have report that has been processing since march 18th.it now.says.that a copilot has move it to a file or something. Really just trying to figure what's going on. I seen post from someone with same.thing and it was filed later then mine and she was told it would be reimburse by that night
. Someone please help

I see your report is all set for us to review. We have had a massive response to our expensify.org/hunger initiative and are currently reviewing all submitted receipts as we have donations to reimburse them. I don't have a specific timeline when your report will be reviewed.

I have submitted mine April 2nd can u please look into this to make sure everything was submitted correct. Really hope we get our re-imburse on this, seems hopeless 😩

I took a look and I do not see you as being added to the Expensify policy for which you would submit your $50.00 receipt under. I do see a report in your account for over $600 listed under your personal policy.

Hi @Missfee - if your Report is in the Processing status, that means that our Expensify.org team is reviewing the report.
As you can imagine, there are thousands of families in need right now, and reports are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Hang in there, as Expensify.org will do their best to get your reimbursement to you as soon as possible!
