I need to move one user from one policy to another policy. Is this possible without the user having to start all over?
Hi @nhoffman94_tob! Thanks for reaching out! While there isn't a formal to move someone from one policy to another, you would just need to invite them to the new policy and remove them from the old policy.
This would not require the employee to have to "start over," but I recommend making sure that any reports listed as open or processing under the old policy are completed before you remove the employee from that policy.
A Policy Admin can invite or remove someone by logging into the Expensify website, navigating to Settings - Policies - Group - [Policy Name] - People. There, just above the list of policy members is the invite or remove option.

@Cortney Ofstad Thanks, that makes sense. Would this user's history and closed expense reports still be available to view after removing them from a policy and adding them to another?
Submitted reports will be preserved, but they'll be locked into their report state. The Policy name will change to (not shared) and if any changes are required then the report will need to be copied.
