Error marking NetSuite Vendor Bill as paid: Permission Violation
Today I changed my Expensify/NetSuite connection from SSO to TBA, and now I'm getting this error:
"Error marking NetSuite Vendor Bill ID XXXXXX (Expensify ReportID: XXXXXXXX) as paid: Permission Violation: You need the 'Transactions -> Pay Bills' permission to access this page. Please contact your account administrator."
I edited the Expensify Integration role to have FULL permission for 'Transactions -> Pay Bills', as well as 'Transactions -> Bills' and 'Transactions -> Vendor Bill Approval' and 'Lists -> Vendors'. I also followed a comment on Expensify Community that said to assign the user 'Pay Bills' Global Permission. But the error continues.
What can I do next?

Hey @JMM - It sounds like you've taken all of the correct steps to resolve this error. Could you send a message to Concierge letting us know which policy you're trying to sync so that we can take a look at the error logs on our end?

Hi Lauren. Thanks for the quick reply. But apparently Murphy's Law seems to rule my life. As soon as I posted here for help, I re-ran the Expensify-NetSuite sync for the 100th time and it suddenly decided to work. 🤷♂️
I'll email Concierge if I run into another issue.
