Transferring Domain Admin to a new individual

Good day,

Our company had one individual (domain owner) start our Expensify journey, and now it's my responsibility to administer all functionality going forward. Is there a way to have our current domain owner transfer or share their permission with me?

For perspective, we are looking to change the email address we have assigned to one of our credit cards to another email address, but at this point I am unable to make any changes like this without control over the domains. I am currently an Admin on all policies.

Hello @ereesmarmacnet, welcome to the community! I'm happy to help with this transition.

Since you're a domain admin, you can navigate to your Settings page > Domains > Domain Admin section, and make the Primary Admin your own email.

You should have access to also reassign cards in the Company Card section of Domains:

Thank you very much! We found this feature on my colleague's computer. She is the domain owner and was able to grant access to me.
