Can a closed expense be opened again?

Some of my expenses are closed, and not on the right report. I want to open it again.

From the web, click on the report and then the Reopen button at the top of the report. (Below)

Yes, I know that. But the receipt is closed, before i made ajustments.

@Thomas_Arthur, if you click the reopen button, the report should open and you should be able to make changes on the report. You may need to retract the report first.
