Can I 'close' approved reports?
Hello,
I'm an admin on our corporate policy, and I need to 'close' a LONG list of 'approved' reports so that I know they've been dealt with. I generate exports from approved reports to enter information elsewhere, and have to constantly re-filter my results to exclude approved reports I've already dealt with.
How can I do this?

Hi @eben_clark1 - you can't use close on an approved report but you can manually 'mark' approved reports 'reimbursed'. This is just a status change and this then will help you with your filtering to ignore these reports after you have dealt with them.

May I submit that as a feature request then? Marking so many reports as 'reimbursed' will be confusing for our non-accounting users, I can see people freaking out thinking they've reimbursed people for expenses paid on corporate cards!

I to would like to see admins be able to close reports that have been approved. We deal with monthly reports and have to filter by only the ones we need since we can't close the ones we dealt with. There should be a way to mark as closed when we are done with them.
