Can I 'close' approved reports?

Hello,

I'm an admin on our corporate policy, and I need to 'close' a LONG list of 'approved' reports so that I know they've been dealt with. I generate exports from approved reports to enter information elsewhere, and have to constantly re-filter my results to exclude approved reports I've already dealt with.

How can I do this?
