How do you delete and edit CSV export templates?

    Hi @Maura_O, great question!

    There are two different places you can create an export template, so I'll cover both for you.

    Deleting a personal export template

    These instructions apply to templates you created in your Settings > Account > Preferences section. Use the red Delete to remove the template.

    Deleting a shared policy export template

    If you created a policy template that multiple policy admin can use, navigate to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Export Formats. From here use the red Delete button to remove the template.
