How to change the Details column in the people section in the Policy (Advanced Approval)

Hi there - first let me say - I LOVE Expensify. Now that I've had more time as a policy admin I realize I set up my custom approval incorrectly. In the directions it says "The Details column should only be filled in for users who approve other people's reports and forward them to the next approver." Well I had filled in this column so all my users. I tried to go into each person and change it back to no one but it's not letting me. I'm hoping you can help me.

Hi @Susan_Yardley, welcome to the Community! I'm so glad you're enjoying Expensify so far, and I'd love to help you update your approval workflow.
First, navigate back to your People table and click the cog to the far right of an employee you need to edit the Details for. To remove the rule that says the employee should approve and forward reports they approve, click the email and delete it. Once you click outside the text field, you should see the detail column update! (below)

Hi - thanks for the info - I encountered an issue in doing this when I would blank out the name it would put a red outline around the box and not let me do it. I sent in a support request and I got great service and they solved the issue. Thanks for responding
