Typical best practice is to export reports created after the integration is implemented, but that are circumstances for some customers that require older information also be exported.

Hi @vjrbertolano, welcome and thank you for posting! When you connect NetSuite to Expensify, we'll only take care of exporting future reports that are Final Approved.
If you'd like to export reports that have already been approved to NetSuite, they would need to be coded using categories imported from the integration. Once they were coded properly, a policy admin could manually export the reports.

Cool! In terms of best practice, I believe all these historical data prior to cutover should remain in Expensify - can you confirm? We should be pushing over only new records to NetSuite.
