Hi @SuzanneK, thanks so much for posting. This error will require a copy of the sync manager logfile, but I'd ask that you send the file to [email protected] rather than attach it here because it will contain information about your employees and vendors that I'd rather not make public.
To get the logfile, please open the sync manager and double click on the version number located at the bottom left of the tool. When you receive the logfile, simply attach it to an email and send it to [email protected]. In the body of the email, please include the URL of this conversation, which I've linked directly below, and add "For Sheena" so my team will be able to route it appropriately.
Thanks!

We just had a similar error occur when trying to export to QuickBooks Desktop. It states "Could not post data to QuickBooks Desktop. (Error info: credit charge not entered for -- Detail=There is an invalid reference to QuickBooks Account "Costco Visa by Citi" in the CreditCardCharge. QuickBooks error message: Invalid argument. The specified record does not exist in the list. Status=3140, Code-Error)

Figured out the issue. Apparently someone in the organization turned off the setting in QuickBooks Desktop to "Show lowest subaccount only". Turning this back on in the Preferences area fixed the error.

Where in preferences is it located?

Found it. No ours isn't checked.
