What does the grey QuickBooks icon mean under the "exported" column on my Reports page?

I Have already sync the expensify to quickbooks. However, as the admin has made several changes after the change, the records per quickbooks is different from expensify. How can i resync it. In addition, the icon is in grey instead of green.

Hi @SarahLim, welcome to the Community and thanks so much for posting! The grey icon is due to the changes the admin made to the report after it was exported. Sadly, syncing the connection will not update the record in QuickBooks though, so you'll want to delete the original export in QuickBooks and export again from Expensify to get all the changes showing in QuickBooks.
