Is there a way to only export transactions after a certain date?

My company just synced Expensify with Quickbooks Online. However, all of our 2018 transactions have already been entered into Quickbooks so I don't want to export 2018 transactions from Expensify. Is there a way to tell Expensify that or to exclude old reports?

Hi @julieann, thanks for circling back!
To avoid Approved reports exporting automatically to QBO, you do not need to disconnect QuickBooks. Instead, you'd want to disable auto-sync until after you've approved the reports.
When auto-sync is disabled and you Final Approve reports, they will not export automatically. When you re-enable auto-sync, we will not retroactively export those reports.
To disable auto-sync, head to your Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections tab, and click the Configure button for QBO. Click on the Advanced tab and then the green toggle to disable auto-sync. (below)
Just be sure to re-enable auto-sync once you're done approving your reports!

Hi @julieann! When you connect to QuickBooks Online, we don't automatically export any historical reports, only reports that are submitted and approved after you connect. If you do have reports to export, you can use the filters on the Reports page to make sure you are only selecting the correct ones. Let me know if you have any questions!

@Nicole Trepanier So if I wanted to approve some reports that I didn't want to export I'd have to disconnect, approve the reports, and then reconnect to QBO? Even after filtering I am seeing several reports for December 2018 expenses that were submitted this month and want to get them off my reports page.
