Attention Citibank users, have you upgraded to the new connection yet?

As part of the ExpensifyApproved! Banks program, we've upgraded our Citibank card feed with a new API to provide a more reliable and secure connection for our users! We will remove the old Citibank feed on August 30th.
Please transition using the instructions in this thread as soon as possible to avoid any disruption in service. After August 30th, no new transactions will be imported using the old Citibank connection.

The new connection DOES NOT RECOGNIZE MY CITI PASSWORD!! I tried innumerable times. I get the attached error screen (i already checked many times and user-pass are correct)

Please note that we cannot troubleshoot credit card issues in the Community; we would need to exchange information from your account and credit card, and this public space isn't ideal for this scenario.
