FAQ: I disabled Scheduled Submit in my policy, so why are reports still submitting automatically?

If Scheduled Submit is disabled (or if it is enabled with a manual frequency) under Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit, then each user has the option to enable Scheduled Submit on the individual level.

They can disable this by navigating to Settings > Policies > Individual > [Policy Name] > Reports > Scheduled Submit.

Note that, as an admin, you cannot disable individual Scheduled Submit on another user's behalf unless you have Copilot access to their Expensify account.
